Klitschko +426: Lewis most likely KO's him but Lewis hasn't fought in over one year. Lewis looked horrible in his last fight against a washed up Tyson. Lewis is the heaviest that he's ever been for a fight and he's 37. Klitschko has only one loss and he was up big on the scorecards but retired because of injury to Byrd. Klitschko has 31 KOs in 32 wins and Lewis can be knocked out.
